Her journey began in the Marine Corps, where she meticulously organized a spectrum of events from solemn memorials to celebratory retirements and birthdays. Transitioning seamlessly into civilian life, Silina furthered her passion while pursuing her undergraduate studies at St. John's University, where she orchestrated vibrant events on campus. Venturing into the bustling landscape of New York City, she delved into nightlife event planning, infusing creativity and flair into every project. Silina's academic pursuits led her to graduate school at the University of South Florida, where she deepened her understanding of event management while ascending the corporate ladder in administration. Today, Silina brings her expertise to the nonprofit sector, where she combines her strategic acumen with her passion for creating impactful events that leave lasting impressions.
