As your Day-of Coordinator planner, my team and I help ensure that the logistics and details of your event run smoothly on the day of the event. Our services include:

Coordinating with vendors, such as florists, caterers, and rental companies, to ensure that they are providing the agreed-upon services and that they arrive on time.

Coordinating with the event venue to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made and that the event runs according to the schedule.

Managing the setup and breakdown of the event, including décor, floral arrangements, and other details.

Overseeing the event staff, such as servers, bartenders, and security, to ensure that they are performing their duties as expected.

Acting as the main point of contact for you our client and vendors during the event, handling any issues that may arise.

Coordinating with the wedding party, or volunteers making sure that everyone is in the right place at the right time.
